Ivy THE THREE LEGGED KITTY's Story
At just six weeks old, brave Ivy girl was abandoned. Seeking shelter, she wandered into a store only to be cruelly kicked out by a man who didn’t like animals. The blow broke her right leg and caused her to urinate blood. A kind passerby rescued her, but without the resources to provide medical care, she eventually came into my care a few weeks later.
At the vet, an X-ray revealed that Ivy’s leg fracture had already started to heal, but her playful, energetic nature made recovery difficult. At less than a year old complications led to the amputation of her injured leg. Even so, she hasn’t let that slow her down, she runs, jumps, and climbs with incredible spirit, proving that three legs are more than enough for her zest for life.
She’s a beautiful, sweet, and confident cat with a strong personality. She can coexist with other cats, though she tends to do best with males and needs a bit of time to adjust to new feline friends.
Ivy is one year old and would do best only with a male kitty brother.
Cat savvy adopters would be best.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING
We transport kittens from South Florida.
