What is Saving Cats & Kittens in Michigan’s adoption process?

We accept applications online via Google.docs via a link on our adoptions website page, or paper applications printed and filled out from our website adoptions page. Once we get an application we process the application, check references and employment, verify home ownership, or verify lease and pet policy that we require to be submitted from renters. We then call the potential candidates for adoption to discuss their past pet experiences and their plans for this cat, and we make sure they’re not planning to declaw the kitty.
