Irma's Story

Hello. My name is Irma, and I’m a quiet girl with a very big heart.

I was born in December of 2023, and in July of 2025 I found myself in a shelter while I was pregnant. It was a scary time, but I focused on what mattered most—being a good mom. I raised five beautiful babies and made sure they were loved and cared for every step of the way. Along the way, I also made friends with a shy sibling group of three, and those friendships helped earn me a ticket out of the shelter and into a foster home.

These days, I enjoy a calm, cozy life. I love being petted and will thank you with soft, steady purrs. Even though I’m free to explore the house with the other fosters, I usually prefer to stay in our room, just poking my head out now and then to see what’s happening. I like knowing what’s going on—I just don’t need to be in the middle of it.

My favorite time of day is wet food time. I enjoy my own meal very much… and if someone else isn’t watching theirs, I might help them finish it too. I love cozy cubes, cat trees with bowl-shaped beds, and high perches where I can quietly watch the world from above.

I’m looking for a peaceful home without kids, ideally with one of my foster friends or another friendly feline who can keep me company. If you’re searching for a gentle, loving cat who has already done her job raising babies and is ready to be cared for herself, I hope you’ll consider me.

With love,
Irma

If you are interested in meeting this cat, please fill out an application on our website!

https://www.therescuepack.org/cat-adoption-application

--
Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter and microchipping for all animals. Our adoption fee is $300 per cat.

All have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. All cats are tested for FeLV/FIV at six months of age.

The Rescue Pack's Adoption Policy
If interested in one of our animals, please fill out an application on our website. The application will then be reviewed by our applications team and passed on to the foster of the animal that was applied for. The foster will then review the application and, if deemed a good fit, will initiate a phone call with the applicant. If, after the phone call, both applicant and foster feel it is a good fit, a meeting with the animal will be scheduled. Once the meeting happens, and the approval from both foster and applicant are given to move forward - our adoptions team will send an electronic payment link to the adopter. Once payment has been received, our adoption contract will be sent along with vet records. The foster and the adopter will agree on an official adoption date - and the animal will now live happily ever after! If an applied for animal is no longer available, our team will assist in trying to find another good fit! If an application is not a good fit, the applicant will also be notified.
