This shy young lady may not immediately climb into your lap, but she does enjoy affection once she feels safe and comfortable. More than anything, Iris loves the company of other cats and can often be found cuddled up beside her feline friends. Having another confident kitty around truly helps bring out her sweet personality.<br/><br/>Iris spent time in foster care learning to open up, and she made wonderful progress in a calm home environment. Unfortunately, the busy shelter setting just isn't her favorite place, so she's hoping to find a patient family willing to give her the time and understanding she needs to blossom once again. With love, patience, and a kitty companion by her side, Iris has all the potential to grow into the cuddly little companion she's meant to be.<br/><br/>FMAR felines are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated for age-appropriate shots, and negative for FIV/FeLV.
