Initials Kitten: LW's Story
LW (Least White) - This little girl may be small, but she has plenty of spunk! LW is sweet, confident, and full of purrsonality, and she's not afraid to take the lead when her siblings are deciding what kind of trouble to get into. While she absolutely adores her mama and loves to snuggle, play, and even eat alongside her, she'd do fabulously in an active home with one of her siblings. She has endless energy when it's time to run and jump, and she loves chasing her siblings around the house. Give her a Nerf bullet or her little dolphin toy, though, and she is in heaven! She'll chase it, pounce on it, and sometimes proudly carry it around in her mouth like a tiny trophy.

But underneath all that spunk is a total sweetheart. When playtime is over, LW loves nothing more than curling up with her humans and settling in for a good nap. She loves to sleep with her people, and her purr is almost as big as her purrsonality. And then there's her absolutely irresistible little quirk: every once in a while, she sticks her tongue out without even realizing she's doing it. It's the cutest thing! Her little bleep! She's a wonderful mix of playful, affectionate, strong-willed, and loving—a kitten who will keep you laughing, keep you entertained, and then curl up beside you when she's ready for some love

LW would be great paired with LB, who can match her energy, or one of her brothers: MW or BB. As a general rule, we recommend that young kittens only go in pairs or to households that already have another pet. Young kittens on their own, no matter how much attention they get from humans, usually get bored and tend to be more destructive. They need another animal to help socialize them (to learn how to appropriately wrestle, boundaries, etc). Most times having another cat is the best, though some may be okay with a gentle dog.

You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page: Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue

All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
