Indica's Story
Born in August 2024, siblings Isaac, Ivy, and Indica spent their early lives outdoors with their mom, facing hardship and hunger. In May 2025, a kind person brought them to safety at the humane society. While their finder was able to keep their mother, the three siblings remained together at the shelter, relying on one another for comfort.

At the humane society, the siblings were understandably frightened and preferred to stay tucked safely in their shared space. Despite their fear, they showed a remarkable gentle nature—when other cats wandered in and ate their food, they were completely unbothered, quietly tolerant and calm.

That calm companionship extended to Irma, a sweet, shy young mama who naturally gravitated toward this gentle group. Irma and the siblings formed a quiet bond, finding comfort and reassurance in one another’s presence. Because of this, they moved into a foster home together, where they continue to adjust slowly and steadily to life in a home environment.

In foster care, this peaceful group enjoys cozy cubes for snuggling, cat trees and window perches, and watching the world from a safe distance. Irma especially enjoys gentle pets around her neck and responds with soft, loving purrs. All four cats share sweet, curious, and gentle demeanors and thrive on calm routines.

Because they are shy and draw confidence from familiar feline friends, these cats would do best in a quiet, adult-only home. They should be adopted with at least one trusted companion—whether that’s a sibling pairing, Irma with one (or more) of the siblings, or multiple cats together—so they can continue to feel safe and supported.

If you are interested in meeting this cat, please fill out an application on our website!

https://www.therescuepack.org/cat-adoption-application

--
Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter and microchipping for all animals.

All have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. All cats are tested for FeLV/FIV at six months of age.
