Hutch's Story

This fluffy, manx guy was brought to us after he and two other cats were dumped on a friend of the owner, shortly before the owner passed. The friend was able to get the other two cats into another shelter, but Hutch didnt make the cut due to the condition his skin was in and worry that he had manx syndrome.
A dose of flea medication as soon as he came in did wonders for his itchy skin, then was followed up with a one time steroid, and now we are all waiting for his fur to grow back. He does great with his litterbox, but will probably need sani-cuts when his fur grows out and flea medication very consistently so he doesnt end up in the same mess he came in.
He is immediately friendly to most people, and despite being about 10 years old, is actively bouncing up all the cat trees and weaving around all the legs of all the humans in the shelter.
Come see him Wednesday through Sunday noon to 3, Saturday noon to 4.
