Hunger Games Kitties's Story
**These kittens are currently too young to go up for adoption, and will not be available until they turn 8 weeks 10/23.**

Ladies and gentlemen, we would like to introduce the Victors of the Shelter - Peeta, Katniss, and Haymitch!
If you're a nerd like some of the staff here, you might be anxiously waiting for the new Hunger Games movie to release next month. Well, while you wait, why not pass the time with a new best friend!
These three kittens are Domestic Shorthair mixes. There is one female of the litter (Katniss, the tortoiseshell) and two males (Peeta is the one with more white, and Haymitch is the one with more black). These three were born to a feral mom, who then left them in the backyard of one of our employees. They could not stay there, so to the shelter they came to find forever homes!
For about one day these kittens acted like they didn't want anything to do with us, but once we showed we had an ample supply of wet food, they were soon acting like they were best friends with everyone! They're all playful and energetic, and will for sure keep you on your toes. They haven't been around dogs or kids yet, but they are at a great age to socialize so they fit right in to your family!
These cuties are litter box trained and have received their first round of vaccinations. If you think one could be your new best friend, then don't wait - come out and meet them today!
