Meet Howdy, or "Howdy Doody Cutie Patootie" as he is known around here! He was rescued at a local park when a good samaritan grabbed Howdy from a man abusing him. Howdy is a super sweet and playful kitten that gets along well with the other cats in his foster home. He absolutely LOVES to be with people, and will definitely be a velcro kitty to his person!
