Howard & Bernadette are two little besties who have decided that wherever life takes them, they're going together.<br/><br/>Howard is a handsome gray tabby with a personality that says, “Hello, yes, I believe you have a lap available?” Bernadette is his sweet tuxedo sidekick. She's a curious little girl who prefers to conduct a brief background check before any cuddle time. Give her a little patience, and the investigation concludes with Bernadette climbing all over you and settling into your lap.<br/><br/>These two were trapped and rescued together, and both arrived having already been through more than any kitten should. Howard had hair loss and scabbing on his head, possibly from a chemical burn, while Bernadette was found with part of her tail missing and a fracture near her spine. Thankfully, Bernadette began moving her tail and has now healed up fully. Through all of it, they've had each other.<br/><br/>They chase each other around like Tom and Jerry, explore side by side, play until the kitten batteries run out, and then curl up together to recharge. At first, everyone thought confident Howard was Bernadette's security blanket. As it turns out, Howard looks to Bernadette for comfort, too.<br/><br/>Howard and Bernadette are looking for a family who will give them plenty of playtime, plenty of love, and a little patience while Bernadette settles in.
