Horton's Story

You can apply for Horton at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab.
Meet Horton, a handsome gray tabby boy born approximately February 8, 2026. Horton and his two brothers were rescued from under a shed in a Miami Gardens backyard after their mom did not return for nearly two days. The tiny litter needed extra care, and Horton was tube fed for a day before he was strong enough to nurse. His brothers have since found homes, and now it’s Horton’s turn to find his forever family. Horton is the only gray kitten in the group and has a huge heart to match. He is a gentle, easygoing kitten who loves exploring, playing with toys, and then curling up nearby for a peaceful nap. Horton would do best in a home with a young, playful cat companion to help him stay confident, social, and provide a lifelong friend. He was also great with dogs in his foster home. He is ready to fill a home with love, laughter, and plenty of kitten adventures.
Horton is neutered, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested negative, dewormed, and has age-appropriate vaccinations. He is litter box trained.
Horton is located at the Good Luck Cat Cafe (901 Progresso Drive, #202, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304). For more information contact ladyluckanimalrescue@gmail.com or text 754-366-3669. You can apply at ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab.
