Horchata's Story
Are you seeking a ball of fun in a kitten? Look no further than Horchata. This boy loves to play, especially with a wand toy he can pounce on. This guy has a lot of energy and needs a feline friend to wrestle with him. He is super confident in new places, gets along great with cats and dogs, and would love to have some kiddos to play with.

He doesn’t mind being held, but would prefer to be playing. Once he has run all of his energy out. He loves to curl up next to you on the couch or with his feline friends.

Horchata is super confident in new places and with new people. When he got to his current foster home, he acted like he had been there his whole life. He will let you hold him like a baby, and would do great with kids of all ages. He doesn’t mind dogs at all, and gets along great with the other cats in his foster home.

This boy had ENERGY and if he doesn’t have a friend to wrestle around with, he WILL get into trouble. When he first came to his foster home, he had been on his own without other kitty friends and didn’t know appropriate play behaviors (he would bite and scratch super hard when playing) but having other feline friends has helped him to understand what is appropriate biting and what isn’t. He definitely needs a companion that will play with him.

*Please note that most of our kitties will only be adopted out in pairs or to a home with an existing cat or furry companion--dependent upon what is best for them.

If you are interested in adopting Horchata, you can find our Adoption Application and more information about our adoption process at http://www.kittycrusaide.org/adopt.
