When he’s not busy wrestling and zooming around with his siblings, Hopper’s favorite place to be is in your arms soaking up all the love and attention he can get. He’s playful, affectionate, and full of kitten charm — the perfect mix of silly and snuggly! He will be neutered & vaccinated as soon as he is big enough.

Wilber's Rescue Foundation's Adoption Policy
We have an application that must be filled out. We will contact you within 24 hours to review your application verbally and answer any questions you may have about a potential pet. After that we schedule a meet and greet with potential families. If the vibes are good we proceed with a foster to adopt trial- ALL adoptable animals must go through a 2 weeks trial. This gives the adopting family 2 weeks to decide if it's the right fit and provides a 2 week respite for the foster family while also holding the pet's foster spot open incase it is not the right fit! If it is the right fit then at the end of the 2 weeks we will sign adoption contracts and have adoption fees paid.
