Hopper JUST arrived at our facility, and he has already stolen every single one of our hearts! This sweet little guy greets everyone with nonstop biscuit-making toe beans and happy purrs that rumble like a tiny engine. He’s pure sunshine in cat form.<br/><br/>He was found out in the cold with no one coming forward to claim him, but even after all he’s been through, Hopper is nothing but love.
