Honey's Story

Beautiful Honey is a young lady who loves to perch on high places, like the top of our cat walk at Fat Cat Cafe! She can be a little shy with new people, but once she knows you, she really enjoys your company and is very affectionate. She especially loves to get butt scratches!

Honey is a resilient little cat that we rescued from the outdoors. She was covered horribly in scabies, especially on her head and ears. She was struggling trying to fend for herself outside. After topical treatment, she made a full recovery, and has been scabies free for months. When she first moved into the cafe, she spent most of her time hiding under furniture. Over time, she graduated to supervising activity from the rafters, and now she's become at-ease enough with people to be down in the action, waiting for pets! It has been wonderful to see Honey open up and enjoy her time at the cafe. It will be even better to see her find her forever home!

Honey gets along well with other cats, but would also be okay by herself. She is good with children as long as they're not too wild. Come visit her at Fat Cat Cafe to see if you fall in sweet sweet love!
