But life outside is never safe, and one day Holmes was found after what we believe was a coyote attack. He had severe wounds to his back legs that required a lot of care and time to heal.<br/><br/>The good news? His legs have healed beautifully. The harder part is that Holmes likely suffered something called a tail pull injury during the attack. His tail is now paralyzed, and it left him incontinent. That means Holmes will need to wear diapers for life. <br/><br/>And if you’re picturing a sad or defeated cat… you haven’t met Holmes.<br/><br/>Holmes is a big, handsome cuddle bug who absolutely loves pets and attention. He leans into affection like he’s been waiting his whole life for it. He’s fine with other cats, but also perfectly happy to soak up all the attention as an only child.
