If anyone has earned the title of little hero, it's Himmel.<br/><br/>As one of the smallest kittens in the litter, Himmel needed extra help when he first arrived from a Fairbury TNR project. Mama wasn't producing enough milk, so the smaller babies received supplemental feedings to help them grow. Looking at him now, you'd never guess he was once the tiny underweight kitten everyone worried about.<br/><br/>Himmel has grown into an adventurous little explorer who's always ready to investigate something new. But after every expedition, there's one place he wants to be his foster mom's lap. He'll happily sit nearby and meow until she notices him, then immediately climbs aboard for pets and cuddles.<br/><br/>Raised in foster care since they were just two weeks old, we think he will adjust well to homes with other cats, cat friendly dogs, or kids with proper introductions. Like any kitten, he'll appreciate a little patience while settling into their new home, but he us ready to become someone's lifelong best friend. He has the perfect balance of confidence and sweetness.<br/><br/>Himmel is neutered, microchipped, current on his age appropriate FVRCP and rabies vaccines, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, on flea and tick prevention, and has excellent litter box manners.
