Hershey is a sweet 2-year-old mama cat looking for a forever home with her playful 8-month-old daughter, Marshmallow.<br/><br/>Marshmallow plays hard and naps hard! She may check things out cautiously at first, but once she feels comfortable, she loves to chase toys on sticks or strings and will play until she's completely tuckered out. She also likes to just carry toys around the house like security blankets.<br/><br/>After her morning me-time bopping around a ball or mouse, Hershey spends her days napping quietly or giving Marshmallow luxurious baths. She'll also happily join in playtime if there's an interesting toy moving about. When they're played out, they love to curl up together in one big pile of fluff for nap time and mutual grooming.<br/><br/>Both girls love to look out the windows, nap on a cozy chair, or stretch out in a sunny spot. They may take a little time to warm up to new people, but once they do, they absolutely adore being petted. True gourmets, they live for dinnertime and tend to sit back on their haunches like little gophers when they smell their food coming!<br/><br/>This precious pair of previously stray cats were trapped and brought to their foster family, where they started out very fearful of humans but have come such a long way. They're now enjoying all the comforts of a cozy, loving home and are learning to trust more each day. Hershey loves pets but isn't a "lap cat" yet, but Marshmallow has discovered the joy of a warm lap during human tv time! <br/><br/>Hershey and Marshmallow will thrive in a patient, calm home that keeps them safely indoors, with plenty of toys, cat trees to climb and scratch, and sunny windows for basking.
