Hera's Story
Dear Hera was rescued as she was about to have kittens. She was happy to be in a safe warm home to deliver her six kittens and nurse them to be on their own. Now it's her turn for attention, love and a permanent family where she can relax. She doesn't care for other cats as she still is in the protective mode. But she LOVES people. She is happy to have her meal, some loving pets, some playtime and they cuddle time. Hera is a good nighttime kitty as she kisses you goodnight, gets a few pets and then settles at the foot of the bed. Don't be started by her little love bite, it's just her way to communicate. This is one sweet girl that's only about 2 years old with a beautiful personality that deserves to be in a loving relationship. Are you the one?

Hera is staying with a foster while recovering from her spay surgery. She is also updated on vaccines, microchipped and ready to go. If interested in a meet and greet, please request an application by text or call 410-746-8445.

Patuxent Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a 501C3 non-profit organization that works entirely with volunteers. All proceeds go to our mission to rescue, provide veterinary care, foster and find homes for cats and kittens through donations.
