Henrietta's Story
Henrietta is a 2-year-old gray female still adjusting to shelter life after coming from a property where many cats were living together following the passing of their owner.

Naturally shy and unsure in new environments, Henrietta prefers a slower approach while she learns to feel safe and comfortable. She can be nervous with handling at first and may hiss or move away when overwhelmed, but cats from situations like hers often need time, patience, and consistency to build confidence.

Henrietta would do best in a calm environment with realistic expectations and people willing to let her settle in at her own pace. Barn or working-cat homes may also be considered.

Spayed, microchipped, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested (negative), current on vaccines and flea/tick prevention.

Apply to adopt here:
https://orangecountyva.gov/159/Pet-Adoption-Foster-Care-Information
