Heleena

Heleena is initially shy, but in a calm and quiet environment quickly opens up and becomes as playful and cuddly as they come. She loves to follow her people from room to room, and if you happen to lie down, she'll come sit on your chest in an instant. Loud noises and fast movements will never be her favorite thing and make her feel like she has to run and hide, but she can always be coaxed out again with gentle pets, treats, and wand toys. <br/><br/>Heleena is extremely tolerant of being handled, and she loves to be cuddled. This makes it super easy to trim her nails! She typically gets restless after a few minutes of handling and will wriggle away from you to "reset" for a bit, and then she'll come right back for more. If she's really at ease, she'll fall asleep in your arms and go limp as a noodle.<br/><br/>Heleena has excellent litter box manners. She uses her scratching boards pretty well, but sometimes needs to be reminded. She recently had dental surgery and is still on wet food while she heals, but she will be able to eat both wet and dry food in the long-term. <br/><br/>If you're looking for a gentle, loving companion cat, Heleena may just be your girl!
