Meet Harry! <br/><br/>Handsome Harry came to us several months ago after being found wandering the streets, searching for food, water, and a safe place to rest. A kindhearted Good Samaritan spotted him and called us for help, and Harry has been safe and cared for ever since.<br/><br/>But there’s one thing Harry is still waiting for: a home of his own.<br/><br/>When he first arrived, Harry was understandably a little rough around the edges after spending time fending for himself. Since then, he’s had good meals, veterinary care, plenty of attention, and most importantly, the chance to learn that people can be kind.<br/><br/>Now we would love nothing more than to see this sweet boy finally leave shelter life behind.<br/><br/>We don’t know much about Harry’s life before he came to us, so we don’t know how he’d be with dogs or small children. He will need someone patient and gentle who will give him the time he needs to settle in and show him what it feels like to be safe, loved, and truly home.<br/><br/>Harry has already spent far too long waiting. Somewhere out there is the person who is going to look at that handsome face and realize he’s the one. FIV-positive cats can also live safely with FIV-negative cats when the cats get along and do not fight, as FIV is primarily transmitted through deep bite wounds.<br/><br/>Harry has been waiting patiently for his fresh start.
