Hannah's Story
Need something endearing waiting for you at home? Or just a flimsy excuse to leave that awkward work happy hour early? Tell them you need to go hang-out with Hannah!

Hannah is the perfect low-key friend you need in your life, especially for those that didn't even know it yet. She enjoys the simple, predictable, and somewhat stereotypical life of a house cat; quiet naps, timely meals, plenty of sunbeams, and lap cuddles on demand. Her quiet and effortless charm is the perfect complement her velco-like shuffling behind you from room to room (but she isn't following you, she was already heading that direction), so she just not-so-secretly loves being near her people. And yes, that indeed is a toothless grin meowing back at you!

Hannah would do just fine as your one and only cat, but could live in a home with a social and more confident kitty. While she was in a foster home she did live with another cat, but Hannah proved to be a bit too playful and pouncy for that resident cat. After her arrival at PAWS she also had a quick dental procedure and a small mass removed from above her left eye (the mass isn't believed to be anything serious or cancerous, so just monitor for any future growths). She only had three teeth when she arrived, so we got all of them, but there may still be some roots behind from some other teeth that might need removal in the future.

------------------------------------

This cat is currently located at PAWS Old City Adoption Center located at 100 North 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. This location prioritizes appointments made by already approved applicants, but we can also accommodate browsers and walk-ins if and as our capacity allows. To ensure your best experience and best chance at meeting your new furry family member, we recommend completing the application ahead of your visit, which you can find at phillypaws.org/catapp.

If you have any questions, feel free to email adoptions@phillypaws.org or call 215-238-9901 ext.30.
