Hamate aka Hammy & Crista Galli (Neutered/Spayed) (Bonded Pair) Photos 3/19/2026)

Hamate (aka Hammy) and Crista Galli are an adorable pair of kittens who were brought to the HSOV on August 20, 2025 along with their mother (Glory Pesto). This little family was found on Greene Street in Marietta, and Glory was doing her best to take care of her newborn babies who were just 5-days old at that time. Thankfully Glory and her kittens went home with one of our wonderful foster mothers on August 24th so that Gloria could raise her babies in a loving home environment instead of a small shelter cage. <br/><br/>Hamate has a black short smooth coat, a long tail, and a cute kitten face with golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers.<br/><br/>Crista Galli has a black-and-white short smooth coat in a tuxedo pattern, white socks on her paws, a long tail, and an adorable face with golden eyes, a splash of white on her muzzle, a black velvet nose, and long white whiskers.<br/><br/>Hamate and Crista were given vaccinations and Pyrantel wormer on October 19, 2025. Hamate weighed 1.8 lbs that day while Crista weighed 1.3 lbs. They were given booster vaccines on November 9th and December 22, 2025.<br/><br/>Hamate has a playful, outgoing personality. He loves to play silly kitten games and to snuggle up with his little sister Crista. <br/><br/>Crista has a fun-loving playful personality and scampers to the front of her cage when she anticipates the chance for attention. <br/><br/>Both Hamate and Crista are good with children as well as other cats.<br/><br/>Crista was spayed on March 9, 2026 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 4.8 lbs that day.<br/><br/>Hamate was also neutered and given rabies vaccine on March 9, 2026. He weighed 7 lbs that day. <br/><br/>These best friends/siblings are currently sharing a large cat tower in the lobby/hallway of our shelter. <br/><br/>Hamate and Crista are being listed as a bonded pair since we feel that it is in their best interest to be adopted together.<br/><br/>Update: Hamate and Crista Galli were adopted together on April 17, 2026.
