Hailey's Story

ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS<br/><br/>Hailey is a little over 2 years old and came from a property where many cats were living together after their owner passed away, leaving more cats than could reasonably be cared for.<br/><br/>When Hailey first arrived at the shelter, she was still fairly soft and unsure while adjusting to everything around her. Then she gave birth here at the shelter... and immediately switched into full look at my kitten and I will destroy you mode.<br/><br/>And honestly? We respected it.<br/><br/>Hailey took motherhood VERY seriously and made it clear she was not interested in opinions, assistance, or unexpected visitors anywhere near her baby. She was an incredible mama who protected her kitten fiercely through every stage of raising him.<br/><br/>Now that her kitten is grown and she is no longer running purely on hormones and survival instincts, Haileys softer side is slowly starting to show again.
