Gypsy 's Story

Meet Gypsy, an eight-year-old medium-haired tabby with a gentle soul and a quiet presence. She came to us as an owner surrender after her beloved person passed away, and while that change has been hard, she’s slowly learning that love can find her again.

At first, Gypsy can be a bit shy, preferring to observe from a cozy nook where she feels safe. You might hardly know she’s there…until you crack open a can of food or she decides it’s time. Once she’s comfortable, her affectionate side shines. She’ll softly nuzzle into you, seek out your attention, and delightfully flop onto her back for pets, trusting and content.

Though she’s a mature lady, Gypsy is still surprisingly spry and agile. She has a quiet, low-key energy — happy to lounge peacefully but fully capable of a playful burst when the mood strikes. She would thrive in a calm home where she can settle in at her own pace and be cherished for the sweet, subtle companion she is.

Gypsy is wary of other animals and would prefer to be your one and only, soaking up all the love and attention for herself. If you’re looking for a devoted, gentle friend who will bond deeply and reward your patience with tender affection, Gypsy just might be your purrfect match.

Her adoption fee is $225 and Gypsy is vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and spayed. She also qualifies for our senior-to-senior program so if you're 60 years or older, her adoption fee is just $125.
