Gwen's Story

Hi, I'm Gwen!

I'm a girl who knows what she wants — a cozy home, a little peace and quiet, and someone to shower me with all the love and attention I deserve.

I came into this world in April 2025, but by the time I was just six months old, I found myself navigating life as a stray. I was eventually brought to the shelter, and while I was grateful to be safe and warm, I'll be honest — it was a lot. So many cats, so much noise, so much chaos. I'm more of a quiet homebody at heart, so I did what any sensible girl would do: I made my kennel my sanctuary. Even when the door was open and I could roam freely, I usually chose to stay in my own little space. It wasn't sadness — it was self-care.

Don't let my shyness fool you though. Once I feel safe and comfortable, I absolutely blossom. I am a total attention lover — pets, chin scratches, just sitting near my favorite human — yes, yes, and more yes please. I just need a calm environment to let that side of me shine.

I'd thrive in a home with older kids or adults who appreciate a gentle, quiet soul. As for other cats, I'm open to a feline friend or two — as long as they match my mellow energy. No drama. No chaos. Just good vibes only.

If you're looking for a sweet, soft-hearted girl who will quietly steal your heart and curl up in your lap — look no further. I've been waiting for exactly this.

--
Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter and microchipping for all animals. Our adoption fee is $300 per cat.

All have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. All cats are tested for FeLV/FIV at six months of age.
