Meet Gurgi, a beautiful grey, 4-year-old longhaired cat! Gurgi can be the super sweet cuddle bug she looks like. As a victim of declawing, her only defense is biting. She will yell at you to warn you to back off if she is upset. She MUST be an only cat. When other cats are around she will take that frustration out on the humans in the area. For this reason we don't recommend Gurgi to be in a home with small children.<br/><br/>The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. <br/><br/>Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary. We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws. <br/><br/>We're open from 12-4 PM every day EXCEPT Wednesday! Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***? Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days. <br/><br/>Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family for a meet and greet.
