Hello everyone! My name is Groucho and I am about 7 years old. I am such a handsome boy, don’t you think? Don’t let my name scare you…I promise I can be sweet when I warm up to you, I just need a little extra time and patience to get there! A shelter setting isn't my ideal place for my personality to shine, so I would just need that special someone who is willing to give me a chance! Not to brag about how amazing I am, but I’ve also made a huge contribution to veterinary medicine by being a blood donor and have helped save many kitty lives! Isn’t that awesome?! My caretakers think that it's about time that I lived out my retirement in a fur-ever home with my own special person or family. I am great with other cats so I should do very well if there are other resident cats in the home. I don’t have a history of living with dogs and/or little children, but based on my personality, my caretakers think that I would do best in a home without little children. I could potentially do well with a dog, as long as they respect my personal space. I may need some help in the grooming department to help keep up with my beautiful coat.
