Grayson's Story

Hello and Meow.

I am Liam’s brother Grayson. I too am an average looking kitty, with a story that is anything but average. I born outdoors to a homeless mama cat in a litter of four kittens. We were very lucky to be rescued and brought inside, along with our mama cat who nursed us. However, when we were only four weeks and still nursing, our wonderful human foster mom tragically passed away, leaving us alone under the bed. I was blessed yet again when our current human Foster mom rescued our mama, us four kittens, as well as the other 5 cats in the house. She raised us 4 kittens with mama cat in her bedroom. We were largely under her bed when we were young. Our Foster even bottle - fed us for a while to supplement mama‘s food.

I am very affectionate and run to my foster mom to be hugged and picked up. I lick her hand. Because I love her, sometimes I do a little well-meaning meat- hooking with my claw to hold her near. Although this is out of love and wanting to cling, I probably won’t be a good match with kids until I outgrow this kitten trait. I enjoy romping and wrestling with the other kittens, and interact well with the adult cats and two cat-friendly dogs in the house. I also love my stepdad. I enjoy looking out windows and interacting with my humans.

I’ve been lucky twice in my short life, and hope to be lucky again if you would adopt me. I’ll be fine in a house with another young cat, although it would be amazing if you could adopt me together with my brother Liam. Sometimes all it takes is a lucky break or three or four! Thank you.
