Grandma's Story

Grandma was trapped and tnr'd in 2016, she's been part of our managed colony since then. This past year Grandma put herself once again in a trap, and she's not looked back at those years on the streets. Grandma is roughly 13-14 years young and about 6#'s. She has been triple combo tested, and she is negative. She's been vaccinated and microchipped.

She had very bad dental disease and all of her remaining teeth were removed. GRANDMA IS AN INDOOR ONLY CAT! Grandma has become affectionate with proper handling and solicits being pet and playtime is her jam. Grandma meows when it's feeding time. She currently resides with a much older Torbie who isn't happy she's in her space, and we feel very strongly with the right environment and family she can be successful in her very own home. She is not confrontational towards other cats; she is curious and loves a high area to see outside and sleep.

Grandma would love a retirement home where she would be loved and cherished.

She's a beautiful gray and or silver tabby (she purrs and drools a little) when she's really comfortable, she is litter boxed trained. We are not sure how she would do with dogs as when she was out on her own dogs in the area would chase the ferals. She's comfortable in crate travel, in a car and good at the vets (for needed appointments). Although, we mentioned okay with children, they may in fact not be a good fit (we can discuss further). We must really mention again that she CAN NOT GO OUTISIDE UNLESS YOU HAVE A SECURED CATIO.

We know this sweet girl has more lives and years to live and we want to make sure she finds a wonderful family who will cherish all the days, months and years she has left on this planet.

Please do not contact us via text, or phone call, we have an adoption inquiry form on our website (it is geared more towards dogs at-this-time).
