Meet Gramps

Gramps update!
Gramps came in over a week ago. Extremely dehydrated. Starving. Skin and bones. He weighed 4.6 pounds 9 days ago. We asked for your help and you donated money to get him vetted. We found out he's diabetic. So, we instantly started him on his insulin. He's been on insulin for 7 days. Yesterday, he weighed in at 6.10 pounds. Gramps has an amazing appetite. He's so appreciative of everyone. He loves to snuggle and loves to be held. And he loves to eat.
We wanted to say thank you to the person that donated this small bed yesterday. Gramps has claimed it and he hasn't stepped foot out of it yet!
Please keep sharing for Gramps. Either a home that is familiar with diabetic cats, or a 501C3 rescue that can help keep him on the right path. Even though we are in love with him, he deserves a better life than being in a shelter.
