Grace's Story

Grace may have been born outside, but she's traded her street smarts for sass and snuggles! This confident girl knows exactly what she wants - your attention. She's the first to greet you, reaching out with her paws (sometimes a little grabby!) to make sure you know she's there and ready for love.

Grace thrives on human interaction and will happily soak up all the pets and praise you're willing to give - though she can get a little overstimulated at times and appreciates when you understand her signals. She's a queen who loves affection on her terms and makes sure her boundaries are respected.

When it comes to other cats, Grace is more of a "tolerate, don't adore" kind of gal. She can coexist peacefully with proper introductions and respectful roommates but would also be perfectly content as your one and only.

Grace is spayed, vaccinated, and ready to rule her new home with equal parts attitude and affection.
If you're looking for a bold, loving cat who keeps life interesting, Grace might just be your girl.

Cat Life Maine, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
What to know: We’re foster-based. We do not have a public shelter. Cats are in private foster homes. Meet & greets are by appointment only. Apply first. Fill out our Adoption Application and tell us about your home, other pets, and what you’re looking for. This helps us match you. We’re volunteers. We try to call quickly, but sometimes we’re trapping, at clinic, working our day jobs, or transporting. Adoption fees help cover only a small portion of spay/neuter, vaccines, testing, microchips, and more. All cats/kittens are spayed/neutered (when old enough), microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines before leaving our care. Medical notes will be disclosed.
