Gourdy's Story

Gourdy is a playful male cat who came to us as a trapped cat in our neighborhood. He had an abscess on his back that needed medical attention, which made him more comfortable with human interaction. Although he doesn't like being held, he will gladly rub against you if you have treats or wet food and let you get more pets in. Gourdy loves to play and hunt, but also enjoys snoozing with a friend on a bed when he's tired. He is negative for FIV/FeLV, neutered, and fully vaccinated. Despite a rough start, Gourdy is a good boy who is looking for a forever home filled with love and playtime. He would be best in an active home that will work with earning his trust and keep him occupied with playing.
