Meet Gouda! <br/><br/>If you're looking for a kitten who is equal parts affectionate, hilarious, and full of personality, Gouda is your guy!<br/><br/>Gouda is a sweet orange tabby with a heart full of love and a purr motor that starts almost the instant you pick him up. At bedtime, he'll happily follow you to bed, curl up nearby, and purr you to sleep.<br/><br/>He's incredibly curious and always wants to know what's going on. New toy? New box? Someone opened a cabinet? Gouda is already there investigating! We also find ourselves asking him almost daily, "Gouda... why are you wet?!" because he can't seem to resist running through or splashing in the water bowl.<br/><br/>Playtime is where Gouda truly shines. He absolutely adores plush crinkle toys—especially the little hot sauce packet and sushi toys from Dollar Tree—which he'll proudly carry around the house like prized possessions. He loves tunnels, squeezing into tiny hiding spots, and launching surprise pounces on unsuspecting siblings or humans. He even plays fetch and has started learning how to give high-fives!<br/><br/>One of Gouda's most unique talents is his love of technology. He'll happily play cat games on a phone or tablet and is fascinated by video games, often watching the screen from just inches away. If there's a screen with movement, chances are Gouda wants to join in.<br/><br/>When he's not playing, you'll often find him shadowing our resident orange cat, Zuba, who looks so much like him they could be twins. He also has a funny habit of hiding under long skirts, where he feels perfectly content and close to his favorite people.<br/><br/>Gouda has been raised in foster care with his siblings, adult cats, and a small dog, and he has done wonderfully with all of them. Because he is such a social, playful kitten, he would thrive in a home with another friendly cat, be adopted with one of his siblings, or join a family where someone is home often and can give him plenty of attention, enrichment, and interactive play.<br/><br/>Gouda is more than just a kitten—he's an affectionate little sidekick, an entertainer, and a loyal companion wrapped up in soft orange fur.
