Goose's Story

Meet Goose, a beautiful grey lady. She is about 4 years old, and has been in foster care through The Feline Connection since being found as a 3-month-old kitten with her mom and sibs. We are hoping to find Goose a forever home where she can live a life of serenity with care from a loving family who will respect her need for personal space. Goose is a shy kitty, never aggressive, but very cautious. She is curious about her foster mom, and will make eye contact if they happen to be in the same room. Very occasionally, Goose will even decide she can be touched, but only on her very clear terms. Goose does get along well with other cats. She is playful, loves tunnels, enjoys the 'nip, and loves birdwatching through a sunny window. Do you have the purr-fect sunny spot in your home where Goose can watch you and the birds outside? If you think you do, please apply to adopt Goose today.

Learn more about Goose and The Feline Connection, and apply to adopt, on The Feline Connection’s website: www.thefelineconnection.org/cats-seeking-homes/
_____________________
--ABOUT THE FELINE CONNECTION---
The Feline Connection 501(c)(3) is a foster-driven cat rescue in the Rutland, VT area. The Feline Connection's Adoption Policy
The Feline Connection champions for cats who need homes and we are committed to finding each cat a safe and healthy permanent home. We work to find the best possible home matches for each of our stray, homelss or friendly colony cats based on their unique needs, and the needs of the adopter. We do not have a shelter location, so all of our animals are fostered with families in Rutland County, Vermont, mostly near Rutland. This gives us a unique capability to observe and interact with each cat in a relaxed home environment. Our conversation based adoption process starts with submitting an application followed by a conversation, vet and landlord check (if needed), and then cats visits and home visits as needed for the perfect match. Pictures of the cat’s new home are always welcome. Visit us at http://www.thefelineconnection.org/ for more details
