Glimmer and Ray's Story

Ray and Glimmer might look a little strange, but it doesn't stop them from being the sweetest kittens ever! They came to us with something called eyelid agenesis, which needed surgical repair. Now they are finally ready to go home!

During their weeks at the shelter, they have garnered quite the fan club. They are very affectionate, playful and snuggly. We think they would fit into most any home, and would likely enjoy some children to play with!

It is likely they may have some issues with their eyes later in life, so it is important that an adopter has a good relationship with their vet. Otherwise, this brother-sister duo are sure to add tons of love and fun to any home!

We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquires; we only respond to emails sent to adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org regarding adoption inquires.

We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there.

Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application.
