Ginny's Story
Meet Ginny – The Young Mom with a Big Heart

Quick Facts:
Age: 1 Year
Gender: Female
Vaccinations: Up to Date
Neutered/Spayed: Yes
FeLV & FIV: Negative
Microchipped: Yes
Good With: Cats, Dogs, Kids

Ginny is an incredibly loving young cat who still has all the playfulness and energy of a kitten herself. She likes everyone she meets, gets along well with other cats, and would easily adjust to life with a dog.

This sweet girl was an extremely young mom to two of our previous adoptees, Fannie and Charisma. She came to us from a shelter, and in a perfect twist of fate, she took her freedom ride to foster on the very same day her kittens let us know they were coming along!

Ginny is also a certified cat-tree enthusiast. She’s never met one she didn’t love and will happily turn any tower, perch, or platform into her own personal playground or nap spot.

If You’re Thinking About Adopting Me, I Think You Should Know…
I’m ready to start a new chapter as someone’s cherished cat instead of a busy mom. I love affection, cozy spaces, and cat trees where I can watch the world go by.

To help Ginny go From Foster to Forever, apply today at www.oswegocountyspca.org

Important Adoption Information:

When You Submit Your Application:
Please make sure you have notified your veterinarian that we will be calling and that it is okay to speak with us. If you don’t currently have a vet, please determine which one you will be using and set up care in advance so we can confirm your new pet will receive medical attention when needed.

For Pets Already in the Home:
Because the number of homeless animals in our area is so large, we adopt only to homes where current pets are spayed or neutered, with documented medical exceptions. We also require that all resident pets be up to date on their vaccinations to help ensure that everyone — both new and existing family members — stays healthy and safe.

Keep in Mind:
We are 100% foster-based and 100% volunteer-operated, from the top down. Our team works hard to get animals into their forever homes as quickly as possible. Please be patient with us — but if you don’t hear back within a few days, feel free to message us on our Facebook page to confirm your application went through.
