I am a purraholic and get tons of attention when she visited me in my room. I had this window seat with a pillow that was great and I was there a lot.

I moved to a new foster home with other cats and a nice little boy, but I was unamused by all. Well, most. I love my new foster mom. I get into these happy moods she calls, "cuddle purr mode". She knows I am adorable.

I am a fan of belly rubs, cuddling, and getting all the attention. At the new place I basically stay in my sanctuary room, all by myself, even though I can come out at any time. I am not a fan of these other cats, so it is safe in the room. There is this crazy 2 yr old playful cat here that I do not want to play with, and I let him know several times, but he does not get the hint, and fur has flown. The others don't bother with me, nor I do them, which is fine. But this 2 yr old needs a friend, and it is not me. I much rather snooze on the couch in the sun.

There is a little boy here, too. He is fine, but I am really unamused. He is fine with me, and is a cat savvy little human, but I am just not feeling his adolescence. He is fine with that, too.

I was having weird... issues.. medically. I was super sensitive on my tail and had this bump. Luckily, it was nothing. I was also doing a lickie thing again at the new place that I took the liberty to remove some of my fur during overlicking, but I got over that. It was believed to be stress related again, according to the vet.

I apparently need a stress free zone.

My ideal home would be as an only kitty, or in a space that other kitties mind their bees wax and leave me alone, and I will do the same. I love attention, so human availability for pets, cuddle time, belly rubs, and an available space on the bed at night is a must! I need a human that needs cat therapy, because I am the purr baby that will lift your spirits!

Fitchburg Friends of Felines facilitates a foster to adopt program that places the intended adoptee with the potential adoptive family. This ensures that your feline companion is the perfect fit as well as provides support as you both transition into your new life together.

You can fill out an adoption application here:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe1685w60NjfU2eeE55Cd57TAaEZU7bERjyY825EMto48sTQw/viewform

Please reach out to Fitchburg Friends of Felines directly at 978-222-3170 or fitchburgfriendsoffelines@gmail.com with questions. Fitchburg Friends of Felines, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Potential adopters are required to have a solid character reference, vet reference, and a site visit which can be conducted virtually. Due to MA regulations, we cannot intake pets from out of state. We offer a foster to adopt program to guarantee the intended kitty is a good fit for your family. We also require that all adopters agree to return the kitty should the adopter no longer be able to care for him or her in the future, or an agreed to person is identified to continue care for this kitty. We are not a brick and mortar; all available cats are kept in foster homes. Therefore, we would need time to schedule a visit to meet a kitty. We are happy to travel to match the perfect kitty for your family. Our adoption fees are normally $250 per cat, $350 for specialty breeds or exotics, and $50 less per kitty if interested in multiples. For specific questions, or for an adoption application, please feel free to reach out to us directly: fitchburgfriendsoffelines@gmail.com or call our hotline: 978-222-3170
