Gigie is a pretty little tortoiseshell kitten with the energy and playfulness of a kitten twice her size! At just 2 months old as of July, this spunky girl is all about action and adventure. She absolutely loves wand toys, balls, and anything that moves—if it can be pounced on, chased, or batted around, Gigie is your girl. <br/><br/>She's the most energetic of her dynamic duo with Bennie, and her kitten zoomies are legendary. However, Gigie is still finding her way when it comes to trusting people. She's cautious around humans, but she's slowly learning that people can be protective and loving. This girl needs patience, gentle handling, and time to realize that the world—and the people in it—can be kind. While she may keep her distance at first, her playful nature shows that underneath that wariness is a sweet, curious kitten just waiting to blossom. <br/><br/>Gigie is bonded with her calico sister Bennie, and adopting both girls together is a must—they keep each other company and provide comfort and security for each other as well as endless entertainment. Check out Bennies profile, too.<br/><br/>For a patient, understanding adopter willing to let Gigie come out of her shell at her own pace, this brave little girl will reward you with years of playful companionship and eventually, the trust and love she's still learning to give.<br/><br/>Gigie is up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped. <br/><br/>She is looking for a forever home that is willing to foster to adopt until she is old enough to be fixed. Foster to adopt means, she will be living with you and you will be responsible for her (including financially) but the adoption will not be finalized until she is fixed. That usually happens around 6 months depending on what the vet says.<br/><br/>Gigie is currently in the care of our rescue but would like to become a part of your family today.
