Gertie & Delilah's Story
Delilah & Gertie

They are the last two, out of five, kittens that were born to a stray cat. We took their mom in about a month before she gave birth. They have been handled since the time of their birth. They have never been outside, except in a catio. They have never been around a dog or child, however, they would probably do great with an older child.

Both of them really enjoy sleeping together, and they really bring out the best in each other. They love to lie on top of the refrigerator, in empty cabinets, or under the sink. They also love having the option of lying in bed.

Delilah is spunky and full of energy! She loves a lot of attention. You can hold her, but she would prefer not to be held. That being said she is a wonderful kitten. She is very curious and always wants to know what you are doing. Delilah does do a snorting gagging sound occasionally that we were told is hereditary and nothing to worry about.

Gertie is a huge talker! She runs through the house, bouncing off walls and talking. She really does not like to be held and will tell you what she thinks of the situation. Once she feels safe with you, she will knead on you, sometimes even trying to suck on you!
