Georgia Peach 🍑 is 9 years old ... and her story could have ended so differently.<br/>Nine years.<br/>Nine years in a home.<br/>Nine years of being someone’s baby…<br/>And then one day, she was brought to the vet to be euthanized.<br/>The reason?<br/>“She’s peeing on furniture.”<br/>But something about that didn’t sit right.<br/>Thanks to the compassion of a truly kind soul, Georgia was given a second chance instead of a final goodbye. And when we got the call … our founder said yes even when we were full. <br/>Our volunteer Craig picked her up, and from the moment she arrived, Georgia has been exactly what her name promises… an absolute peach. 🍑<br/><br/>We have seen no issue with her using the litter box. In fact, she uses it confidently and consistently!!<br/><br/>So we’re left wondering…<br/>After nine years, how does a life just get… discarded?<br/>Georgia doesn’t understand why she’s here.<br/>She just knows everything changed.<br/>She’s a talker — she’ll chat with you about her day, her feelings, and probably your business too. She can get a little vocal when other cats get in her space, but honestly… who wouldn’t be?
