Geo's Story

Hey there!
My name is Geo!
I'm a handsome bi-color kitty that's only a few years old.

My adoption fee is $125, and I'll be adopted to a home in the Richmond, Virginia metro area.

I'm a very calm kitty that was an amazing pet. Unfortunately, one of the residents in my home presented with allergies. Hanover Humane's representative met me and thought I was a really nice, marketable little guy. So, I'm now looking for a new home where I can either be an only pet or reside with another calm cat. I enjoy being handled and love to lay beside you for long periods of time. I don't mind being brushed/combed, and I'll even let you trim my nails.

To ensure I acclimate in a new setting with no transition issues, I'm looking for a home without dogs and/or small children.

I've been neutered, am current on vaccines, and I was recently tested for feline leukemia/aids (and was neg/neg). I am microchipped, and my microchip registration will be provided for my new owner at the time of adoption.

If you're interested in possibly adopting me, please go to www.hanoverhumanesociety.org and complete an adoption application. If your home is a good fit for me, the Adoptions Committee will contact you to schedule a no-obligation meet-n-greet.
