Geo's Story

Hi there... I'm Geo, and I've been told I'm the perfect gentleman.
I've had quite a journey so far. I spent much of my life at a shelter, but when Fancy Cats rescued me and I moved into a foster home, I surprised everyone with how quickly I settled in. My foster mom says I adjusted to her home life like I'd been living there forever. No hiding, no troublemaking, no attempts to sneak out the door. I simply looked around, decided everything was acceptable, and made myself at home.
One thing you should know about me: I'm an easy guy to live with. I have excellent litter box manners, I'm not picky about my meals, and I don't scratch furniture or get into mischief. In fact, my foster mom says she can't think of a single bad habit I have. That's a pretty impressive review if you ask me!
I'm about 2 years old, which means I've left my wild kitten days behind but still have plenty of playful energy. My favorite activity? Chasing my very special toy, a little cloth ball with a bell inside. Apparently it costs less than a dollar, but don't let that fool you, it's priceless to me. I've hidden several around the house, and whenever one goes missing, my foster mom has to find another because no other toy will do. I also enjoy laser pointer games, catnip, and Friskies treats, in moderation of course.
Now, let's talk about affection. I'm a friendly, social guy, but I'm not the kind of cat who needs to be glued to your side 24/7. I'm not a lap cat, and while I can be picked up, it's not exactly my favorite pastime. I enjoy companionship on my terms. Sometimes I'll hang out nearby while you're reading, watching TV, or working. Other times, I'll choose a cozy spot of my own. I like having options.
Visitors don't bother me one bit. In fact, I'm usually curious about new people and happy to see what's going on. I'm friendly, confident, and comfortable in my surroundings. I don't demand constant attention because I'm perfectly capable of entertaining myself, but I'm always happy to be part of the household.
I'm neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. In other words, I'm ready to pack my bags and head home.
If you're looking for a sweet, easygoing companion who is well-mannered, independent, and full of quiet charm, I just might be your perfect match. I've spent enough time waiting for my forever family. Now I'd love a home where I can chase my favorite toy, enjoy my meals, watch the world go by, and spend my days being the wonderful gentleman everyone says I am.
Could that home be yours? ❤ï ̧

Adoption fee $200, includes: first 2 FVRCP vaccines, deworming, flea preventatives, sterilized, microchip

If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have. The adoption policies and applications can be found at the following links: https://fancycats.org/adopt-a-cat and https://fancycats.org/adopt-a-dog. Fosters are like bridges between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save cats and dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters.
