Not long ago, I was hit by a car... but somehow I walked away with only a few little abrasions and a few fractured teeth. I guess that means I still have a lot of life - and love - left to give. That experience taught me something important: life is precious. Every sunny window, every gentle pet, every quiet moment with someone who cares means the world to me. Now all I want is a forever person to share it with. Someone who will let me curl up beside them, keep them company, and remind them every day how special life together can be. When you find an animal you’re interested in, complete an adoption application at houstonpetsalive.org/adopt. You will be contacted within 24 hours of receiving your application. Completing an application neither guarantees nor binds you to an animal. We will set up a meet and greet with you and the pet.
