Garfield's Story

Garfield is a handsome three year old boy. He was nervous when he first came to us but has always been friendly. Garfield likes people and likes attention, but is also happy to relax on his own and look out the window. He is starting to play with toys but mostly at night (in the morning we notice that toys have been moved around). As he gets more comfortable we think he will be playful.

Garfield loves to scratch and climb on the cat tree. He does get the zoomies in the evening when he will run around for a while. It’s quite funny to watch him! Garfield is pretty easy-going but does get startled by loud noises. He is a pretty quiet cat who doesn’t meow much but he sure can purr!

Garfield has been living with another cat for the past three years and they are being fostered together (her name is Freya) but they are not bonded and can be adopted together or separately. This friendly boy would make a great addition to just about any home.

Contact us if you would like to meet Garfield - info@werescuecats.ca
