Frosting's Story
11/3/25-
Special Bonded Pair

We wanted to remind you about two of our kitties who are often overlooked because of their shy demeanor and special needs.

Bo and Frosting are a bonded pair of 4 year olds who met in boarding and quickly became one anothers support system. They have overcome many hurdles in their lives, but with those victories have come some shyness and caution on their parts.

They are both FIV positive, and while it is not easily spread (mainly through deep bite wounds), it is best they go to a home with no other cats or with other FIV positive cats.

Both cats take time to warm up and trust new people, so it is suggested they be kept in a limited area at first so that their new family can force some positive interaction with them through feeding, treats, gentle talking and pets. An ideal place would be a bedroom, as they love to sleep on the bed and feel safe sniffing you out while you sleep.

Bo is the more outgoing of the two, requesting pets once he is comfortable.

Frosting enjoys having conversations and belly rubs on her cat tree.

The ideal home for these two would be a quiet home with people who are patient enough to give them the time and space they need to blossom.
While they are accustomed to large dogs, loud noises and sudden movements do cause them to hide so that should be taken into account.
Once you have earned their trust, these two are both very sweet and loving kitties who would be great companions.

If you think you may be the perfect home for Bo and Frosting please apply at the link below today.

https://form.jotform.com/Meowchatz/cat-adoption-application-form

Bo (1.5 years old) and his bestie Frosting (3 years old) have been in foster together for quite some time and have decided that they want to stick together long term! We are trying to help them accomplish this goal and even have reduced their adoption fee to $150 for the pair!

Bo and Frosting came from very different backgrounds but grew close in their foster home and when separated they both regressed. They were reunited and you could see the love!

Both like to take a little bit to get to know new humans when they meet them and Frosting definitely lets Bo assess everyone first. Bo enjoys being pet and while Frosting likes to watch from the shadows, having her buddy there helps her come out of her shell.

Bo and Frosting do well with other cats and have been around small dogs in their previous foster home. They have not had any exposure to children yet and do tend to like a quieter environment.

Both have been fully vetted and just need to find a purrfect home that will accept this pair into their hearts

•Apply today to adopt: https://form.jotform.com/Meowchatz/cat-adoption-application-form

•Apply today to foster: https://form.jotform.com/Meowchatz/foster-application--acbs

Mama Frosting was brought to us when she had an injury and was living on the street. On exam, she had wounds on her left hind foot and leg that would need some TLC to get turned around. It was also discovered that she was pregnant! As her delivery day approached, an abscess was found in her hip area and antibiotics were restarted to combat it. Unfortunately, her delivery did not go smoothly and we found ourselves at the vets office needing a c-section to deliver the remaining 3 kittens. Due to her being fostered by our vet, her stalled labor was caught and addressed immediately so we had 7 live kittens (4 natural birth, 3 c-section delivered).
Frosting is a very talkative, friendly cat. She is inquisitive, a good mama and doesn't miss anything going on around her. She also is more of a shadow than a lap cat and will always be pretty close in the background, making sure all around her is in order and ok.

https://form.jotform.com/Meowchatz/cat-adoption-application-form

___
All kittens have been examined, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas, felv/fiv tested negative and spayed/neutered.
An adoption donation of $100 is being asked to cover a portion of their veterinary and living expenses. For more information go to allcreaturesbigandsmall.org or complete an application at https://form.jotform.com/Meowchatz/cat-adoption-application-form
Thank You!

Please complete an adoption application with your inquiry if you are interested in adopting. You will receive a confirmation email once your application is submitted. We are all volunteers so please be patient and be sure to complete your application fully.... don't let your inquiry get passed by because of an incomplete application. Thanks in advance for your help!

<3 Help our rescue by donating to our "Spay the momma fund". When adopting one of our babies, if each new family would contribute an extra $10 we can help out that babies mother by assisting with the cost of her spay. Help turn the momma into a pet rather than a breeding factory, donate today!

Adoptions are limited to a 500 mile radius of Pulaski, NY and pets must be viewed in person by all family members prior to adoption in the foster home (foster homes are in Jefferson, Oswego or Onondaga Counties); animals will not be shipped to their new homes.
Veterinary reference check and adoption donation also required. Check out our homepage for a full list of our adoption requirements.
