Froggy's Story

Meet Froggy! 🐸🐾

Froggy is the brother of Bubbles and the more social and affectionate of the pair. They would love to stay together if possible, but most importantly they need a quiet, calm, and loving home where they can feel safe and relaxed. While he can still be a little shy around new people, once he gets comfortable he’ll happily come over for gentle pets and attention.

One thing you’ll notice right away about Froggy is that he’s very talkative! Once he starts chatting, it can feel like you’re having a full conversation with him. He loves interacting with his people and sharing his thoughts. And when he knows that he can trust you, he loves receiving belly rubs.

Froggy enjoys playing with laser lights and batting around small toys, but he also loves his quiet time. You’ll often find him snuggled up with his sister Bubbles or another cat, enjoying a cozy cuddle. When things get a little too busy, he may tuck himself into a small hiding spot until he’s ready to come back out.

He can be a bit skittish at times, but with patience and a calm environment, Froggy continues to grow more confident every day. He would do best in a quiet home without rowdy kids or energetic dogs, where he can feel safe and continue to come out of his shell.

If you’re looking for a sweet, talkative companion with a gentle heart, Froggy would love to meet you! 🐱💛

If interested in Froggy, go to www.humanecherokeecounty.org, click on adoption, and fill out an application. A volunteer will reach out to you once they have received a completed form.
