Fritos's Story
Gender: Female, Spayed
Age: 1 year
Estimated DOB: 5/1/25

Personality: Fritos loves to play - so much that we forgot she isn't technically a kitten anymore. When her original foster went to bed, she could hear Fritos running around like crazy with toys. She goes ham for toy mice and springs. She likes to put them in her water bowl. Fritos is shy with people but is coming out of her shell more now that she's at a cat cafe. She's shy, but brave. She wants attention so she will keep approaching you over and over until she finally decides it is time to be pet. You don't even have to pet her to get her to purr - just make eye contact and the purr machine starts. She's a goof. We believe she will do well in any home as long as she's given some time to adjust to change.

Around other cats: LOVES other cats.

Around dogs: Is curious about dogs but hasn't spent one-on-one time with one. She would likely adjust well to one.

Around kids: Fritos likes a quieter home so one without loud, hyper kids would be best. She is ok with older, quieter children.

Background: She was rescued from a cat colony along with several other cats by another rescue, Rockats. They asked for our help since they primarily work on TNR (trap, neuter, release) and we had fosters for friendly kitties. When Fritos came to us, she had a nasty upper respiratory infection (hence the eye discharge in some of the photos). She was on antibiotics for over a month but it finally cleared.

Vetting done: Spayed, FVRCP vaccine series completed, Rabies vaccinated, combo test (neg/neg), microchipped, dewormed.

Concerns:
Medical: None

Behavioral: None

Location: Pawsitive Cat Cafe
Address: 115 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14604

Adopt: https://form.jotform.com/rightmeowrescue/adoption-application
