Freddy was found on a resident's porch on 15th Street, a busy street trying to get inside their home on a very cold night. They called the local PD, who in turn contacted Purrfect Paws and Pals. He was not chipped and already neutered. A found cat report was filed with the the CPHS and a social media post was made. No one claimed Freddy, so he was dewormed, tested for five/felv, and updated on his shots.
